I also have a blog and am really looking to alter around the theme, however am scared to death to mess with it for fear of the search engines punishing me. If need be, she can cross collateralize with her home here in NJ which is valued at $1,100,000, and Shore Lending is making her a refinance of $750,000 which is in process. Please advise as we only have a week to act.
