One of the things that many mortgage companies did not realize is that a partnership with realtors and builders is a two way street. At Five Stars Mortgage, we recognize that a partnership with realtors and builders is just that. We do not just expect to get your clients as our leads and leave it at that. One way we do this is by adding our partners to our website and clearly spell out the special services are areas that they cover.
Our website receives thousands of visits every month. By becoming a featured partner, you will also receive targeted traffic that comes from our website to yours. You can view our Florida realtor partner page to see an example of how we can highlight your company and direct some of our traffic to you. We can only collaborate with one realtor per city in Florida and so spaces will eventually fill up. Since we are only implementing this at the beginning of 2009, the bulk of Florida is still wide open for Florida realtors and builders!
As we just explained, we receive thousands of visitors on our website monthly. This is due in large part to very high natural search engine rankings for competitive keywords in Florida such as Florida cash out refinance and many others. In addition to the hundreds of online applications we receive each month, we also receive hundreds of phone calls. Many of these online applications and phone call leads are clients that are looking to get pre-qualified before they buy a home. Once we get them qualified if we have no realtor or builder partner to refer them to, they are simply going out to find their own realtor or builder to work with. We feel this is a lost opportunity and so if the qualified buyer is in a territory for one of our preferred partners we will of course attempt to refer them to that particular partner. This allows our relationship to be mutually beneficial between our partners. Not only our partners benefit from our referral, but we also benefit by knowing that our client is safe and also that we don
